Cash flow management

Grant and fund tracking for nonprofits

Payroll management oversight

3. Client Obligations

You agree to:

Provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information required for service delivery.

Respond to data requests promptly to ensure timely work.

Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials provided by us.

Use the website only for lawful purposes and not interfere with or disrupt its operations.


4. Fees, Invoices & Payment Terms

Fees are outlined in your service agreement.

Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due upon receipt or by the due date listed.

Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month (18% annually) or the maximum allowed by law.

Thrive may suspend services for accounts more than 30 days past due.


5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public business, technical, or financial information. This includes but is not limited to client financial data, business processes, passwords, and login information. Thrive will not disclose your data to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.


6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site including logos, graphics, text, videos, and software is the property of Thrive or its licensors and is protected under copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without written permission from Thrive.


7. Third-Party Services & Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or tools. Thrive is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or safety of such third-party content or services.

Thrive does not offer legal or tax advice unless specifically stated in writing.

Thrive shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, revenue, data).

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services will not exceed the fees paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice according to the terms in the service agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Grant County, Indiana.
